When your rug arrives
Pieces in stock are dispatched in 3–7 working days. Pieces woven to order are dispatched in 10–14 weeks. Each product page and your bag show which applies before you order.
Tracking your order
We email you when your order is confirmed, dispatched and delivered, and your order's progress and tracking details are always shown in your account.
