We manage custom work as a project, with a single point of contact, a clear schedule and agreed specifications. We start by understanding the spaces and the programme, then propose constructions, fibres, colours and sizes. Samples and strike-offs follow, then production and delivery.

Because our pieces are made by hand, we plan realistic lead times and discuss dimensional tolerances openly, particularly where a rug or carpet meets fixed architectural elements.

We will tell you plainly what we can deliver and when. If a project needs something outside our current capability, we would rather say so at the start than disappoint you later. For larger schemes, we can phase production and delivery to follow the programme on site, and we keep records of colours and specifications so that later additions can be matched as closely as handmade work allows.
