Samples are available for every quality we offer, and we encourage you to live with them for a few days before deciding. Once you have chosen, we coordinate measurement and fitting, and provide clear guidance on care so that the carpet continues to look well for years.

If your home has underfloor heating, older timber floors or uneven sub-floors, tell us early. These affect the choice of underlay and fitting method, and are much easier to plan for than to correct afterwards.
